Libby Maitland has practiced yoga for 15 years and continues to deepen her knowledge and understanding of yoga through her personal practice and with some wonderful teachers. She graduated as a Hatha yoga teacher in 2012 and has since added prenatal and postnatal teacher training to her qualifications. Libby teaches general classes, prenatal classes and mums and bubs classes around the hills.
Libby draws inspiration from a range of mind body movement practices and has a background as an Occupational Therapist. Her most recent role was as a school based Occupational Therapist supporting students with disabilities and this included weekly yoga sessions to develop strength, coordination, attention and regulation skills. Her combined study and experience has equipped her with the skills to adapt her yoga classes to the needs and experience of each student. Libby is passionate about the benefits of yoga and wants to share this with people from all walks of life.

Mamas and Papas and Babas yoga
This class is designed for parents and their young children to practice yoga together. Through imaginative stories and songs, you will be guided through a sequence of yoga postures to stretch, move and relax. Its fun and playful, for the inner child in everyone! For children aged 2-5years(ish). BYO yoga mats or towels.
